Our Big Apple Umpires training staff consists of Certified College Officials that will train you on the proper techniques of both plate and base mechanics. Our indoor and outdoor training of the "Two Man Mechanics" system will focus on teaching you the proper timing and positioning needed. Our unique "Umping 101" philosophy and training will show you how to handle game situations, time management and being a professional both on and off the field. Our 8 week course plus live scrimmages will enable you to be ready to start you umpiring in the spring of 2024. Classes begin Tuesday January  9th, 2024  7:30 PM-10:00 PM at Mineola H.S.
